Six stages, zero shortcuts

Raw Material Selection

Step 1

Raw Material Selection

Teak wood is sourced from sustainable harvesting. Each log is inspected for hardness, grain color, and natural oil content. Only pieces meeting the required age, stability, and quality standards are used in production.

Step 2

Drying & Stabilization

The wood is kiln-dried at controlled temperatures for 2–4 weeks to achieve moisture content below 12% — the ideal level to ensure the product won't warp after processing in the next step.

Cutting & Arrangement

Step 3

Cutting & Arrangement

Skilled craftsmen sketch and cut each piece by shape. No rigid molds are used — every product carries the craftsman's individual touch. Edges, grooves, and surfaces are all hand-finished for the best result.

Step 4

Sanding & Finishing

Surfaces are sanded through 4 grit levels from 80 to 400, then soaked in food-grade mineral oil to protect the wood and bring out its natural grain.

Step 5

Quality Inspection

Each product is manually inspected before packaging: surface, edges, oil absorption, and weight are all checked. Only products meeting the standard are boxed for shipment.
