If your board develops a manufacturing defect within one year of delivery, we replace it or refund it. This warranty covers:

• Cracking or splitting under normal use and proper care
• Warping that occurs under normal kitchen conditions
• Defects in craftsmanship or finish caused by how the board was made

• Damage from dishwasher use, prolonged soaking, or excessive heat
• Cracking or warping from neglecting routine oiling
• Physical damage from drops or misuse
• Normal wear: surface scratches, natural color changes over time

If your order arrived damaged, photograph the item and email us within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost.

3. For returns, we provide a prepaid return label at no charge
4. Refunds and replacements process within 5-7 business days of receiving the item
