Warranty and Returns
Every Wooden Decor board carries a 1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty and a straightforward returns process.
1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty
If your board develops a manufacturing defect within one year of delivery, we replace it or refund it. This warranty covers:
- Cracking or splitting under normal use and proper care
- Warping that occurs under normal kitchen conditions
- Defects in craftsmanship or finish caused by how the board was made
What is not covered
- Damage from dishwasher use, prolonged soaking, or excessive heat
- Cracking or warping from neglecting routine oiling
- Physical damage from drops or misuse
- Normal wear: surface scratches, natural color changes over time
- Gift cards and digital items
Transit damage
If your order arrived damaged, photograph the item and email us within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost.
How to make a claim or return

- We respond within one business day with next steps
- For returns, we provide a prepaid return label at no charge
- Refunds and replacements process within 5-7 business days of receiving the item
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Email woodendecorusa@gmail.com to swap for a different size or style. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Board care
Re-oil every 2-3 months with food-grade mineral oil, hand wash only, and never soak or dishwash. Boards cared for this way last for years.
